I Perfect Health was founded in 2006 by Preeti Gupta. In 2004, I completed my Master's degree in food and nutrition at Delhi University's Institute of Home Economics (IHE). My internship at St. Stephen's Hospital was then concluded. I also worked for Dr. Shikha Sharma for two years to hone my skills. Perfect Health by Preeti Gupta was the name of the clinic I eventually opened on my own.
I know that proper eating can help my customers overcome their health problems. I have helped thousands of people successfully lose weight by making healthy choices. They've maintained their healthy diet and lifestyle ever since.
Because after the diet is over, they have access to a separate maintenance plan to help them keep the weight off. Ayurveda, minimalism, and science inform my approach to food and nutrition. A diet rich in culinary spices and fresh herbs is one I wholeheartedly endorse. The company currently serves customers all across the world, not only in Delhi. To achieve this goal, Mrs. Preeti Gupta personally attends to each client, answering their questions and recommending nutritious meals. Diabetes, hypothyroidism, hypertension, polycystic ovary syndrome, and cardiovascular disease are just few of the conditions I address in addition to obesity.
