Refund Policy for Premium Package Purchase on portal99.in

If you purchase a premium package on portal99.in and are not satisfied with the service, we offer a refund within 2 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@portal99.in and provide the following information:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your portal99.in account
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date of purchase and the premium package purchased

We will review your request and respond to you within 3-5 business days. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that refunds will not be granted if the premium package has been used to list any businesses on portal99.in. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel your subscription or listing on portal99.in, you may do so at any time by logging in to your account and following the cancellation process.

 

For annual subscription plans, we do not offer partial refunds for unused months. However, you will still have access to the service until the end of your subscription period.

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time, and your subscription will end at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your portal99.in account, navigate to your subscription settings, and select the option to cancel your subscription. If you need assistance with the cancellation process, please contact our support team at contact@portal99.in.

Please note that if you have used our service to list any businesses on portal99.in, your listings will be removed upon cancellation of your subscription. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny cancellation requests that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
