Since 1983, we have taught almost 2 lakh pupils. I.C.E.L. is known for teaching English to women and men. We educate 12–15 English-language groups every hour. During peak season, more than 80 groups are taught English in the ICEL daily from 6.30 A.M. to 9.00 P.M., with students ranging in age from 15 to 60 coming from all over Delhi and India. During peak season, we teach over 1,000 pupils. We have about 20 large rooms in west Delhi near Janak Puri District Centre. ICEL Building is on Shivaji Road (Najafgarh Road). Lion L.D. Shahdadpuri, ICEL's founder, is a national educationist and international philanthropist; Madam K.K. Shahdadpuri, the Principal, is highly educated; and Mrs. Sadhna Sajnani, the College's backbone and London-educated Vice Principal.
After returning from London, they have taught at this Institute since 1983. This Institute has many other skilled English language professors.
