Objective
For decades, there has been a call for schools to provide more comprehensive training for aspiring lawyers and law enforcement officials.
To meet this need, Vakilbabu has established the world's first academy dedicated to the training of newly minted lawyers; 'Vakilbabu' Advocate Satish Maheshwari will serve as the Chief Mentor to all Trainees.
In the year 2000, Advocate Satish Maheshwari and a group of other lawyers created the first website in the world devoted to Indian Laws. A retired high court judge, Shri Tated, officiated the opening ceremony on April 4, 2000. Vakilbabu.com is the URL of the aforementioned website.
Vakilbabu quickly rose to prominence as a leading Indian brand in the United Kingdom and the United States, with the site eventually becoming a portal as its popularity skyrocketed. A new nickname, "Vakilbabu," and sometimes "Vakil Guru," quickly caught on among Advocate Satish Maheshwari's clients and colleagues.
The Academy's foundation was laid in 2004 with the establishment of Vakilbabu Law House Ltd., the first and only Indian law company to be incorporated.
Vakilbabu Academy...what is it?
The Vakilbabu Academy is the first school of its kind to educate law school grads to the level of professionalism expected of them.
The trainees at Vakilbabu Academy receive comprehensive professional training in all areas relevant to careers as Law officers and lawyers. In addition to the required general management disciplines, they learn courtroom procedure, client counselling, legal analysis and remedy, law application, and chamber practise.
