Ms. Kanika is a Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics graduate and a Postgraduate (top of her class) in Food and Nutrition. She has a passion for reading nutrition literature. She enjoys the challenge of creating new and interesting recipes while maintaining a focus on health. During her time with British Biologicals, she toured all of India spreading the word about the benefits of the ketogenic diet. She is currently consulting with clients both virtually and in-person to help them reach their objectives and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She's also connected to "The Apollo Clinic," where she's aiming to raise public consciousness about the need of maintaining a healthy diet and way of life.
