IPB's mission is to meet the employment demands of India's rapidly expanding banking industry.
More than 6,000 students have been trained by IPB over the past eight years; upon completion of their programmes, they have found employment with banks as Tellers (Cash & Remittances), Relationship Managers (RMs), Personal Bankers (PWPs), and Wealth Managers (WMs).
In addition to its headquarters in Punjab, IPB has 25 centres in the following 13 Indian states: Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala.
