We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves: we are Driving Skill Institute & Research, a non-profit organisation based in Delhi that has been in operation since 2002. We work closely with the Transport Department of the National Capital Territory of Delhi to provide professional driving instruction to the public. We currently have a total of 5.5 million members and have trained over 4.5 million Driver (PSV)/Conductors.Our non-profit organization's ultimate goal is to ensure that only properly educated and trained drivers are behind the wheel. We have been granted the aforementioned permission by the Transport Deptt., Delhi in accordance with the Central Motor Vehicle Act and the Central Motor Vehicle Rules on the basis of our openness, infrastructure, etc.
